Q: How long can I use my free keyword?
A: Your free keyword will be active from the day we set it up and send you an email confirmation. If there are no donations using the keyword for any one year period, we may recycle it for use by another fundraiser (we reserve the right to modify this policy in the future).
Q: Are keywords case sensitive?
A: No, all keywords are case insensitive, so any combination of upper and lower case letters will work the same way.
Q: Who is able to text in my keyword?
A: The Pledgeling shortcode works with nearly every wireless carrier in the U.S., including AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Metro PCS, and U.S. Cellular. Only U.S. wireless subscribers are able to text in your free keyword, unfortunately it won't work for subscribers on non-US carriers.
