Find your receipt: Your most recent emailed receipt will include a "manage your subscription" link in the paragraph that begins "This is a monthly donation …" Click the link and you'll go to a page titled "Subscription," seen in the screenshot below. That page has a large red button labeled "Cancel recurring donation" – click it and you're done!
If you are not getting emailed receipts for recurring donations, first check your spam or junk mail folder – search for anything with the word "Pledgeling."
If you still can't find the receipts, open a support ticket using the "New Support Ticket" button near the top right of this page. Since the reason you're not getting receipts is probably because of a problem with the email address we have on file for you, please double-check that you enter it correctly, and include the date and amount of the charge, and the last four digits of the card being charged so that we can quickly find your recurring donation.
If you cancelled a recurring donation by accident
For security, we can not restart a recurring donation; you'll have to start a new one. You can search our list of eligible charities and create a new donation there, or visit the partner's page where you first made the donation.
For receipts emailed before August 2020:
Receipts emailed prior to mid-August 2020 did not have the "manage your subscription" link described above. If you do not have the improved receipt and want to cancel a recurring subscription before the next charge, contact us using the "New Support Ticket" button near the top right of this page. Please provide the most recent charge amount, date, and the last four digits of the card that was charged, as well as your name and email address.
