You can log in and update your credit card information at any time. To start, go to and click the "Sign In" button at top right. If you already have an account, log in.

If you don't have an account yet, on the login screen, below the large "Sign In" button, click the words "Sign Up." Fill out that form and wait for the verification email; when you receive it, click the link in the email. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk mail folders. 

IMPORTANT: Each account only works for one email address, and it has to be the email address you used when you made the donations -- that's how our system connects the two. So if you made donations using the email, if you create an account using the email it will not find your donations.

After clicking the link, you should be at the log in screen. Now log in with the email address and password you just set up.

Once logged in you should be able to see your account. You can also click on the purple circle with your initials at the top right of the window and select "Your Account." Below the large "Your Account," select the "Subscriptions" option. On the Subscription screen, click the green "Update Credit Card" button at bottom left. The other way to get there is by clicking the "Credit Card" item and updating on that screen.

If you are having difficulty, use the "New Support Ticket" link near the top of this page to get in touch with us. However, we do not have access to your credit card information and have no ability to change it.
