You can issue a refund from your dashboard. To the right each donation line, there is a red "refund" button:


If you do not see the red refund button, the donations have been paid out to the beneficiary, and can no longer be refunded. 


If you have any questions, contact us using the form on this support website. To help us find the donation, please include the name and email address of the donor, which are visible on your fundraiser dashboard, as well as your name and email address.
