The first person from a charitable organization to sign up for an Impact Hub account is also the administrator ('admin') on the account. Our system will email subsequent requests for access from that domain (i.e., to the admin. 

There can be more than one admin on an account so if the admin is leaving the organization, they can add admin rights to other users. Larger organizations should have more than one admin on the account.

Admins can add or delete other users, or change them from member (regular user) to admin or vice versa.
